Atelier Nappé is based in California, United States. This policy explains how information is handled for our website, newsletter signups and messages you send us. Our first collection is coming soon; this website is not accepting orders.

Information we collect

Search runs on this page and is not sent to a search service. Your country selection lasts until you reload or leave the page and is not saved for future visits. The video and images are served as website files.

How information is used

We use subscriber information to manage your signup and send collection and studio announcements. We use messages to answer questions and handle requests. Technical information helps deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and protect against abuse.

Service providers and external websites

Our hosting, security, email and newsletter providers process information needed to provide their services. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect this website. Messages to our current contact address pass through email providers, including iCloud Mail.

Shopify hosts our newsletter form and processes subscriber information for us. Shopify also processes information for its own services as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy. Depending on the services and settings involved, this can include device information and activity across Shopify services and merchant websites. Our responsibility for the information we use is described in this policy; Shopify's notice explains its own processing and choices.

Instagram opens as a separate website. Its privacy practices apply when you visit it; no Instagram feed is embedded here. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security or legal claims.

Cookies and tracking choices

We have not added advertising pixels, marketing analytics or cross-site advertising trackers to ateliernappe.com. Cloudflare may use security cookies; see Cloudflare’s cookie information. The separate Shopify signup page uses its own platform services and cookies.

This website does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. On Shopify, use the privacy choices provided there and Shopify’s privacy portal for Shopify's processing. Browser cookie settings can also limit cookies, although some provider features may be affected.

Your choices and requests

Newsletter signup is optional. Use the unsubscribe link in an announcement email, or contact Benjaminalicia18@icloud.com, to stop future marketing messages. Unsubscribing does not automatically delete all existing records.

You can contact us to ask about, review, correct or request deletion of information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify a request using information appropriate to it, and legal or security requirements may limit what can be deleted.

Stored records

Subscriber records are stored through Shopify, and contact messages are stored by email providers. A record of an unsubscribe request may be kept to respect that choice. You can contact us to request deletion of information we hold. Providers may keep records for their own purposes under their policies, and some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

Security and location of processing

This website uses HTTPS for connections. No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Updates and contact

Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a material change requires an additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required before applying that change.
